Overview

Your services are what customers browse and book. A clear, complete listing — with well-defined packages and add-ons — helps customers choose you and reduces back-and-forth. Here’s how to create and manage services from your provider dashboard.

Add a new service

  1. Go to Manage Services and choose Add Service.
  2. Enter a clear title and description of what you offer.
  3. Select the right category so customers can find you.
  4. Add packages (for example Basic, Standard, Premium), each with its price and what’s included.
  5. Add optional add-ons / additional services — extras customers can include at booking.
  6. Upload images that showcase the service.
  7. Review the preview, then publish.

Edit an existing service

  1. Open Manage Services (All Services).
  2. Select the service and choose Edit.
  3. Update the description, packages, pricing, add-ons, or images.
  4. Save your changes — they apply to new bookings.

Writing a listing that converts

  • Be specific about what’s included in each package and what isn’t.
  • Price fairly and consistently across tiers.
  • Use good photos — clear, well-lit examples of your work.
  • Set expectations on timing, scope, and anything the customer needs to provide.

Managing your services

  • Keep pricing and availability current.
  • Retire or pause services you no longer offer.
  • Use the preview to see your listing the way customers will.

Tips

  • Start with one strong, complete listing rather than several thin ones.
  • Add-ons are an easy way to increase order value without new listings.
  • Revisit your listings periodically as your skills and pricing evolve.
  • Provider onboarding guide
  • Building your portfolio & certificates
  • Managing bookings, availability & holidays
