Overview
Your availability decides when customers can book you. Keeping your calendar accurate prevents double-bookings, sets clear expectations, and makes sure you only get requests for times you can actually work.
Set your availability
- Open Calendar & Availability in your provider dashboard.
- Set your regular working hours and days.
- If you have a team, assign staff so customers can book the right person.
- Save. Customers now see these slots when booking.
Block holidays and time off
- In your calendar, select the dates you’re unavailable.
- Mark them as a holiday or blocked time.
- Those dates won’t be bookable, so you won’t get requests while you’re away.
Handle job requests & bookings
- When a customer books or requests a job, you’ll be notified.
- Open Bookings (or your job requests) to review the details.
- Accept, decline, or message the customer to clarify.
- Confirmed bookings appear on your booking calendar.
Reschedule when needed
If you need to move a confirmed booking, open it and propose a new time, or coordinate with the customer in chat first. Keep the calendar updated so nothing overlaps.
Tips
- Update your availability whenever your schedule changes.
- Block holidays in advance so customers never book an unavailable day.
- Respond to requests quickly — fast responses win more work.
- Use staff assignments if multiple team members deliver services.
