Overview
HirePanther offers provider membership plans that unlock more capacity and features as your business grows. From Plan & Billing you can compare plans, change your subscription, add optional add-ons, and manage payments and invoices.
Compare and choose a plan
- Open Plan & Billing (Membership) in your provider dashboard.
- Review the plan comparison — features, limits, and price.
- Select the plan that matches your current needs.
Look at what each tier includes for services, staff, and usage so you’re not paying for more than you need — you can always change later.
Upgrade or downgrade
- Upgrade anytime to unlock more features or capacity; the change applies to your subscription right away.
- Downgrade when you need less. Downgrades typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Your Current Plan and usage are shown in Plan & Billing so you can decide with the full picture.
Add-ons
Add-ons extend your plan without switching tiers — for example, extra staff seats or additional capacity.
- In Plan & Billing, open the Add-ons section.
- Add or edit the add-ons you need.
- Confirm — add-ons are reflected in your billing.
Billing, invoices & payment methods
- Manage your payment method and billing details from Plan & Billing (handled through the secure billing portal).
- View and download your invoices for your records.
- Your usage and current charges are shown so there are no surprises.
Retry a failed payment
If a subscription payment fails (for example, an expired card):
- You’ll be notified and prompted to update your payment method.
- Update the card in Plan & Billing.
- Choose Retry payment to settle the balance and keep your plan active.
Keeping a valid payment method on file avoids interruptions to your plan and features.
Tips
- Match your plan to your real usage and scale up as bookings grow.
- Use add-ons for temporary or targeted needs instead of a full upgrade.
- Update your card before it expires to avoid failed payments.
