Welcome to HirePanther. This guide walks you through everything you need to go from a new provider account to accepting your first booking. Work through it in order — each step builds on the last. You can follow the same checklist in the in-app Onboarding Guide.
Your setup checklist
1. Complete your profile
Add your display name, photo, and a clear bio. A complete, professional profile builds trust and wins more bookings.
2. Verify your identity (KYC)
Complete KYC verification as an individual or organization. Verification unlocks full access to provider features, including payouts. See “KYC identity verification for providers.”
3. Create your first service
Add a service with a clear description, packages (for example Basic, Standard, Premium), pricing, and optional add-ons. See “Creating & editing your services.”
4. Build your portfolio & certificates
Upload examples of your work and add any certificates. This is often what convinces a customer to choose you. See “Building your portfolio & certificates.”
5. Set your availability
Open your Calendar & Availability, set your working hours, add staff if you have a team, and block out holidays. See “Managing bookings, availability & holidays.”
6. Set up payouts
Add your payout details so you can receive earnings. See “Earnings, payouts & payout settings.”
7. Choose a membership plan
Review the plans and pick the one that fits your business now — you can upgrade or add add-ons later. See “Membership plans, subscriptions & add-ons.”
After setup
- Respond quickly to job requests and messages.
- Keep your calendar accurate to avoid conflicts.
- Ask happy customers for reviews.
- Explore promotions, analytics, and the community as you grow.
Tips
- Complete verification early — it gates payouts.
- A strong first listing (clear photos, honest scope, fair price) sets the tone.
- Turn on booking and message notifications so you never miss a request.
