Overview
Your analytics dashboard turns booking activity into insight. It shows how much you’re earning, how customers are engaging with you, and where there’s room to grow — so you can make decisions based on data instead of guesswork.
Key metrics
The main analytics view highlights a set of headline numbers, including:
- Total Revenue — what your bookings have generated.
- Active Customers — how many customers are engaging with you.
- Average Response Time — how quickly you reply to requests.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) — how happy customers are with your service.
Each metric can be viewed over different periods, such as last month or last year, so you can compare recent performance against the longer trend.
Charts and trends
Alongside the headline numbers you’ll find visual trends for revenue, customer growth, and performance. These charts make it easy to spot momentum, seasonality, and dips that need attention.
AI insights
The dashboard surfaces plain-language insights that call out patterns worth acting on — for example a service segment that’s growing, a high-margin area, or a link between response time and customer retention. You can add a suggested action to your plan, dismiss an insight, or give feedback so the suggestions improve over time.
Advanced analytics
For a deeper view, open Advanced Analytics. This adds forward-looking and competitive context, including:
- Projected ARR and revenue forecasts across conservative, base, and aggressive scenarios.
- Market share and a competitive radar comparing you against similar providers.
- Churn risk and an opportunity score to prioritise where to focus.
- Growth suggestions such as expanding to a new area, launching a premium tier, or running a win-back campaign.
Tips
- Check analytics on a regular cadence rather than only when something feels off.
- Compare the same period year over year to separate real trends from seasonal noise.
- Turn insights into action — add a recommendation to your plan and revisit it later.
